Ralph Is Mad at Jack for letting the fire go out Because A Ship Went By And They Might Have Got Rescued If the fire had be burning. I Think The Quote Means That Jack Doesnt Feel that he did anything wrong , im sure he's really proud of killing the pig and really doesnt like ralph yelling at him.

I do agree with your summary so far...but carry it a bit further. Ralph has some kind of respect from the boys that Jack doesn't, and this makes Jack uneasy. Our job as readers is to try and figure out where that comes from.
